K-Team Days is the K-Group's annual major event that brings together personnel from all over Finland. The event, held at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre, combines business content, exhibition areas and an evening program into one whole.

 The 2025 event attracted over 7,000 participants , which set high standards for the visibility, scalability, and reliability of event technology.

 Capital AV was responsible for the entire audiovisual production of the event, including lighting, video technology, sound, and stage structures.

 Three separate stages were built for the event, serving different program content. During the day, the program focused on keynote presentations and business content, while in the evening the main arena was transformed into a concert stage.

 The 2025 production saw a particular development in the LED architecture of the main stage. The LED walls were no longer limited to the back of the stage, but also extended to the sides of the stage towards the audience. This solution expanded the visual environment to the scale of the entire hall.

 The event's evening concert featured performances by Kuumaa, Käärijä, BEE and Flipper , among others, which also set concert-level technical requirements for the production.

 Capital AV has been implementing the event together with the client for over ten years.
