Pepsi Max – Pulse of Helsinki was an urban brand campaign that featured Pepsi’s new look in various locations across Helsinki. Capital AV was responsible for the technical implementation of the campaign and built visual installations in several locations across the city. Each installation was designed to fit its environment and reinforce the visual identity of Pepsi’s new brand.
Pepsi Max – Pulse of Helsinki was a spectacular urban event and brand campaign that transformed key urban spaces in Helsinki into temporary experiential installations. The campaign aimed to prominently showcase Pepsi's renewed visual identity in an urban environment.
Capital AV was responsible for the technical implementation of the campaign. The project consisted of several different locations around Helsinki, where space-specific lighting and visual solutions were built. Each implementation was designed to fit into the surrounding urban space while reinforcing Pepsi's renewed brand image.
Installations in urban spaces require precise planning and rapid execution. In many locations, the technology was built the night before so that the installations could be carried out without disrupting the city's normal operations.
The project also involved the production and programming of visual content. The visual ensemble was designed so that the lights and graphics of the installations reacted in real time to the music played by the DJ . The pulse of the content followed the tempo and rhythm of the music, creating a living and constantly changing visual experience in the urban space.
The technical solutions were always adapted to the architecture and environment of the site. Light and visual elements were used to create momentary experiences in the urban space, which enticed passersby to stop and experience the campaign as part of the urban rhythm of Helsinki.
The Pulse of Helsinki campaign combined brand, urban space, and event technology in a way that made Pepsi's renewed look a visible and tangible part of the cityscape.
