K-Team Days is the K-Group's annual major event, where retailers and personnel come together to network, get to know suppliers' products and spend time together.

Capital AV was responsible for the technical implementation of the event at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre. The production included lighting, sound, video technology and an extensive LED screen system.

A total of four different stage sets were built for the event, which served both the day's program and the evening's concert performances. The main stage featured performances by JVG, Bess, Maija Vilkkumaa and Olli Halonen, among others.

Video surfaces and information screens were placed widely around the Fair Center. A unified visual look was created for these in line with the K-Team Päivi brand. Some of the artists' video content was created in collaboration with Capital Creative.

Production has been carried out with the client for over ten years, which enables a smooth production process and continuous development of the event's visual appearance.
