Evento Awards annually brings together Finnish event professionals to celebrate the industry's successes and reward the most impressive projects of the year. The 2025 gala was held at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium , in a space located under the stadium's main stand.

The choice of venue provided a unique environment for the event, but also brought its own challenges to the planning. Capital AV acted as the main technical partner for the event, responsible for the design and implementation of the technical package.

One of the key solutions was to place the stage in the middle of the space , which allowed as much of the audience as possible to watch the awards ceremony and the program simultaneously. The solution created an intimate yet impressive event environment in the space and brought the performers closer to the audience.

Capital AV provided the lighting, sound, video technology, screens and stage structure for the event. We also produced the event's video content and voice-overs , which provided the rhythm of the awards ceremony and supported the evening's dramaturgy.

The atmosphere of the space was enhanced with spectacular but controlled lighting. The visual implementation utilized, among other things, Minuit Une Photon laser effect projectors , which created airy light structures and dynamic visual elements in the space.

The whole thing created a dignified but also warm and atmospheric atmosphere for the event, where event professionals could celebrate their joint achievements.
