Evento Awards is an annual awards gala for the event industry, celebrating the industry's successes and rewarding the most significant event projects of the year. The 2024 event was held as a two-part event at the Helsinki Fair Centre and the Cultural Barracks.

The finalists' pitches and the actual awards gala were held at the Fair Center as part of the Congress Fair , where Capital AV also served as the event's main technical partner . The evening's official program culminated in a follow-up party later organized at the Cultural Barracks , for which Capital AV also provided the necessary technology.

The event's stage design was designed to be multi-purpose. During the day, the same stage served as the stage for the substantive program of the Congress Fair , while during the evening it transformed into the visual centerpiece of the awards gala. The adaptable stage design enabled a smooth transition from the daytime program to the gala atmosphere without major structural changes.

Capital AV created all the video content and animations that punctuated the awards ceremony and program, based on the visual identity of the event. The package also included sound design and voice-over content that supported the dramaturgy of the gala.

The technical implementation utilized the Zactrack light tracking system , which brought a striking visual element to the awards ceremony. The finalists were given Zactrack tags, which enabled the moving lights to automatically follow the winner as he or she rose from the audience towards the stage to receive the award. The solution enabled an effect that would have been very difficult to achieve with traditional tracking methods.

At the end of the evening, Benjamin took to the stage to perform, and the gala continued in a festive atmosphere at the Cultural Barracks.
